　　2. The bearing is not evenly fitted to the journal or the contact surface is too small, and the specific pressure per unit area is too large. Most of this happens after the new machine is commissioned or the bearing is replaced.

　　

　　3. The quality of the bearing bush is not good, the quality of lubricating oil does not match, or the oil circuit is blocked. The oil supply pressure of the gear oil pump is too low, and the oil supply is interrupted, causing the bearing bush to lack oil and generate dry friction.

　　

　　4. There is debris in the bearing or too much lubricant or too dirty.

　　

　　 5. The bearing bush has uneven and excessive wear.

　　

  Solution:

　　

　　1. Adjust the fit clearance appropriately, check the bending and twisting of the crankshaft, and replace or repair the crankshaft as appropriate.

　　

　　2. Scrape and grind the bearing bush with a coloring method to make the contact surface meet the requirements and improve the specific pressure per unit area.

　　

　　3. Check the oil pipeline and gear oil pump with bearing bushes that meet the quality, use lubricating oil that meets the quality requirements, and check and adjust the oil pump to make the pressure meet the requirements.

　　

　　 4. Clean and replace the new oil, adjust the oil pressure.

　　

　　 5. Replace with a new bearing.
